Party Shrimp Dip

Serves 6-8
Ingredient list: 
  • 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. your favorite hot sauce
  • 1 tsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, thawed and drained
Preparation: 

Mix the yogurt, hot sauce, onion, and lemon juice in a medium size bowl.

Fold in the shrimp, careful to not break the shrimp.

Serve with crackers or on toasted bread and enjoy!

Tip: Make a Party Shrimp Spread, which is a little thicker by using low-fat cream cheese. Make sure you thoroughly blend the cream cheese, hot sauce, onion, and lemon juice before adding the cooked shrimp. Add a little more lemon juice if too thick.
