Lunch Box: Avocado Ranch Salad Kit

Each salad kit makes 4 servings and includes:

1 - Seasoned Grilled Chicken (1lb)
2 - Romaine Hearts 
2 - Avocado 
1 -  Cucumber 
2 - Tomato 
1 -  Red Onion 
4 - Ranch Dressing packets (1.5 oz)

 Preparation Instructions

1. Thaw chicken under refrigeration before use. (Product is all natural and fully cooked, just needs to be thawed!)
   
2. Wash all produce
   
3. Spin or pat lettuce dry
4. Chop lettuce and divide into four portions*
5. Peel and slice cucumber and red onion
6. Dice or cut tomato into wedges
7. Cut avocado by holding in one hand with the top pointing away from you and carefully cutting it horizontally toward the pit. Once you reach the pit, spin the knife around it to cut avocado in half and twist to separate. Pro tip: Leaving the pit in half (if not being used immediately) will help minimize browning.
8. Assemble salad(s) in bowls or tupperware for grab-n-go lunches*. Add avocado and just before eating for best results.
   
9. To serve, season with salt and pepper and add dressing to taste
